Chef Wendy

I grew up in Los Angeles where there was an abundance of fresh produce, quality ingredients, and a vast variety of cultures. These elements, and the importance my family stressed on the significance of meal time together, inspired me to go to Culinary School and is now reflected in my style of cooking.

I have worked in a variety of different culinary environments and establishments. Both independent and corporate, upscale fine dining and casual restaurants, and large or small scale caterings (Bluestem, Piropos Argentine, and O'Dowds Irish pub to name a few.) The apex of my career in the restaurant industry was owning and operating, Pangea Cafe, a fast casual restaurant which served global cuisine.

Now I enjoy the gratification I receive from preparing meals so families can enjoy time together or a catered experience that provides life long memories.
